What You'll Do
- Providing daily care for patients in our PHP/IOP programs ages 51
- Conducting psychiatric evaluations for Compass patients, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapy
- Leading experienced, multidisciplinary clinical teams and making overall recommendations on treatment plans
- Collaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists
- Average 1012 patient visits per day
Who You Are
- BE or BC in Wisconsin
- Licensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice Licensure
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Wisconsin
- Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, teambased environment
