The Opportunity

The Academic Program Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the student experience and upholding academic standards at Hult San Francisco. This position involves coordinating various academic and extracurricular activities, maintaining effective communication with faculty, students, and staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Dean and Academic Team in managing and executing academic programs.
Coordinate with faculty on curriculum design, assessment organization, and course management.
Build and maintain course pages and oversee student communications related to course expectations and outcomes.
Track and manage student attendance, engagement, and academic performance, including providing additional support for students on academic probation.
Manage student communications via email and on course pages, advise and provide support students on academic and interpersonal communication concerns.
Address and resolve student academic concerns in line with school policies.
Oversee the planning and execution of academic and extracurricular events.
Maintain regular communication with students to gather feedback and address concerns.
Collaborate with counterparts at other Hult campuses to ensure consistency across locations.
Flexible scheduling required, including potential weekend classes or evening events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a student-facing role in academic administration.
Proficient in database management systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a native or near-native level.
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with a knack for balancing multiple priorities.
Creative and innovative, capable of conceptualizing and implementing new processes.
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High energy, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Effective at building relationships, influencing others, and working collaboratively across teams.

The successful candidate will receive a starting base salary that will range between $50,000/yr to $70,000/yr.
Note: This position will be hybrid 80/20, on campus at San Francisco, CA location
