We are a Local Family Owned and Operated Company based in Clark County Washington.

This is a seasonal position, servicing Washington and Oregon.

WHAT WE DO:
Asphalt maintenance, Sealing, and Striping. *Residential and Commercial

*Operation of Power Steel Rotary Brooms.

*Operation of Power Industrial Blowers.

*Application of Hot Melt Crack Seal.

*Precision Application of Asphalt Sealant.

*Parking Lot Striping Lay Out.

*Parking Lot Line Striping.

THE PROCESS:


At All County, our quality of work is top priority We take our time to rejuvenate the customers Asphalt back to it original beauty Starting with a deep clean using hand driven Power Steel Rotary Brooms to scrub away moss and packed in dirt and debris.

Once Scrubbing is completed we clear the whole surface using industrial Blowers to insure that there is no dirt or Debis left behind, this step is crucial in insuring that the sealant will properly adhere.

Seal coat is then apply using one of two methods. Hand Brooming, or Spraying.


If there is line Striping to be completed on the job site, Precision layout will be completed and traffic solvent Paint will then be sprayed.


CREW MEMBER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Handle and Operate Power Steel Rotary Brooms and Power Blowers.

*Apply Crack Sealant.

*Apply Aspahlt sealant using Both Methods of application

*Assist in Line Layout and Stencil Placement.

*Restore Depleted Materials such as Fuel, Diesel, Propane, Crack Seal, Sealcoat, and other miscellaneous supplies.

*Driving Manual and/or Automatic Trucks.

*Towing Various trailers.

*Maneuvering trailers.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
*Applicants must be 18 or older.

*Must hold a valid Drivers License.

*Pervious experience is a plus, but not required.

*Ability to show up on time.

*Schedule Flexibility.

This is not a 9-5 job. Sealcoating is a seasonal profession. If the sun is shining odds are we will be working. There will be long days and maybe a few short days. Scheduling flexibility is a must as plans change with very little notice.

Some customers prefer their job to be completed at night time, these are a few and far between but still a possibility.

Being reachable at all times is VERY IMPORTANT.

Crew Member Starting Rate is $23.00 Per Hour. With potential for pay increase and bonuses.
