As our Director of Outlets, you'll direct and organize the activities and services of our resort's food and beverage outlets, including Honeybelle, In-Room Dining, Pool Bar, Spa Café and Market Place. You'll work closely with the Outlet Managers, Assistant Outlet Managers, Director of Food and Beverage, and other resort departments, ensuring our outlets are a buzzing hub of activity and enjoyment for our guests.

Your ResponsibilitiesLeading the planning for our outlets, with an eye on both the short and long-term vision
Championing effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of our team
Driving "Championship" guest service and employee satisfaction results
Developing and implementing creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
Fostering a high energy, positive, professional environment
Planning, coordinating & managing special events and holiday functions
Taking the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity
Maintaining a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
Obtaining Florida Food Handlers and Alcohol compliance certifications within 30 days of hire
Your Qualifications We're looking for a dynamic individual with a true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced, multi-Outlet environment. You'll need: 3-5 years' experience in a Food & Beverage Senior Management role in a Resort
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems (Micros) and Microsoft Office products
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
Proven leadership skills
Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and beer
Experience with operating multiple Outlets and Bars in a hotel setting and a thorough understanding of restaurant service
Reasoning Ability You possess the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Other Skills and Abilities Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and the ability to maintain a presentable appearance, behavior and manner at all times are essential.
