Job Summary

The program coordinator will serve as part of the University of Kentucky Bluegrass Care Clinic (BCC) multidisciplinary team to identify and remove barriers to care for individuals participating in grant programming at the BCC.

They are responsible for contacting patients to obtain updated information for enrollment into various programs at BCC, verifying insurance status, and updating data systems with the received information.


Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Epic, or other database experience. Familiarity with health care insurance programs is a plus. Possess excellent customer service skills.
