Salary / Rate Minimum: 115,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: 140,000

What will you be doing?
• Being responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the New York-based FX business
• Assisting in managing new business initiatives, budgeting, cost control, change management, regulatory reform and front office technology initiatives
• Optimizing and developing business processes including working on issues relating to trading systems, risk systems and other trading orientated initiatives
• Collaborating and communicating with relevant stakeholders in IT, Product Control, Risk, Operations, etc. to achieve business goals
• Providing analysis to influence and inform short and long-term business decision-making
• Creating presentations for senior management, regulators and other third parties
• Working independently with limited oversight, keeping stakeholders informed and escalating any issues as required
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn, work independently and in collaboration with others
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize & multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Foreign Exchange product knowledge, or experience in another Markets business
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
• Proven project management experience
Where will you be working?
You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
