The person hired for the position of the Production Operator will be responsible for a variety of general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to.   • **NOW OFFERING INCREASED WAGES AND THREE (3) WEEKS OF VACATION
  • Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Applying quality instructions & specifications
  • Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Loading/unloading material into & from equipment.
  • Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting machine or in-process product problems.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • One (1) year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

  • Cumberland, WI

Travel: None

The starting rate of pay is $21.28-$24.57 with the possibility to reach $23.10-$26.08 after 6 months and a $2.00/hour shift differential for second and third shift. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
