As a Federal Acquisition Management Professional at Booz Allen, you'll work with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our country's defense acquisition and contract processes.

On our team, you'll manage pre-award contract administration for the program office, analyze requirements, and support the drafting of acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Justification and Approvals, Performance Work Statements, and Contract Line-Item Number structures.

You will also help advise on appropriate acquisition types for the requirement to include using a C-type contract, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs).

You will also advise on emergent contractual issues, and track pending and active contract actions. You will be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You'll grow your acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project's success.

From working with your team to building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll work to deliver meaningful contract support.

You Have:
3+ years of experience supporting DoD post-award contract managementExperience in navigating and utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS)Experience tracking, projecting, and managing the data associated with post-award contract managementExperience drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), memos, Technical Instructions (TIs), and contract-related correspondenceExperience using the MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition law and regulationsSecret clearanceBachelor's degree​Nice If

You Have:
Experience as a DoD or Navy COR II, Contracting Officer, or Contract SpecialistExperience with supporting the Navy or NAVSEA Program OfficeExperience in Agile contractingAbility to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issuesCertified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
