As a Logistics Quality & Process Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the Logistics Quality and Process for the US and Canadian Regional Distribution Centers, in close cooperation with Warehouse Management, Central Quality Management and Warehouse Service Providers
  • Execute Logistics Quality and Process analysis with emphasis on Quality Holds, communicating with CQM and3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and harmonize workload demands with the Warehouse Management team
  • Quality Hold Support - ensure execution of QH at RDCs by managing data from different systems through Power BI. Provide feedback to CQM and creating KPIs
  • Quality Sorting/Planning - create, communicate and track weekly sorting plans and its achievement
  • Quality Incident Investigation - from data traceability, investigate and get conclusions of incidents
  • Operational Support - support on unloading error reports, procedures training, audits management and reports

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain, data analytics, or other related field
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)
  • Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
  • Minimum Sophomore standing or higher
  • Able to come onsite to our Fort Mill, SC Tire HQs 3 days/week (Mon-Fri)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills and developed math skills
  • Self-starter and quick learner
  • Strong desire to work in an extremely fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking and handle pressure with adherence to quality and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism
