What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

  • Active Series 65 or Series 7 and Series 66 certification is required
    • Preference will be given to candidates who hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, or those who are committed to obtaining these qualifications within a specified time frame
  • A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in delivering direct client advice is required for this position
  • Proven track record of developing business successfully through traditional channels
  • High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required
    • While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we welcome candidates who possess a combination of relevant experience and education


About The Position

  • 100% in-office work environment
  • Green Tree, PA location (Foster Plaza)
  • An active Series 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP) is required
  • Reports to the Director of Sales
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions on the team
  • Regular Full-Time
  • Exempt/No Overtime
  • Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Frequent travel to client meetings and networking events is expected for this position
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly production bonus opportunities
