On-Boarding Tech is looking for a motivated Software Engineer II.

Our team builds and maintains a scalable and efficient platform that delivers world-class on-boarding programs to Sellers and eliminates any ambiguity about selling on Amazon.

We provide Sellers with all the necessary knowledge and guidance to realize, scale and capitalize their opportunities. This includes the Sellers' journey from post registration to achieving perfect launch.

For Amazon sellers, the first 90 days are critical for establishing marketing, fulfillment, pricing and other practices to accelerate performance beyond launch.

This position will include working end to end on our services and provides opportunities to grow as a full stack software developer on a team that is constantly looking to improve and optimize our services.

Key job responsibilities
As a software development engineer on this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the definition, vision, design, roadmap and development of product features from beginning to end

You will:
Work with the team to help solve business problems.
Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team deliverables.
Write high quality distributed system software.
Work in an agile, startup-like development environment, where you are always working on the most important stuff.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of noninternship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
