Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $17/hr - $18.25/hr.
Description - External

What you'll be doing :
- Reads production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed as dictated by Customer
- Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and types of products are available
- Sorts and places materials or items in boxes or pallets by product type
- Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to The Company or Customer Order Work Sheet
- Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a fork lift, reach truck or other power equipment
- Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse by conducting operations in a manner which promotes safety
- Checks orders for accuracy and standards determined by the Customer
- Marks materials with identifying information
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications - External
What's needed- Preferred Qualifications
- 3 months warehouse or applicable experience to include, but not limited to: fast-food (utilizing headset a plus), stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service, package handling, etc.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to learn proper operations of warehouse equipment
