    Responsibilities
    • Respond to inbound inquiries of phone calls, messages, and emails from customers that need assistance finding the right part for their vehicle
    • Respond and offer solutions to customers with special flagged orders and assist them to complete the orders or retain current ones
    • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery of products to customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to coordinate order processing and address any logistical challenges or customer requests.
    • Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing information, and technical assistance to facilitate their purchasing decisions.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the product line, including features, benefits, and applications. They should be able to effectively communicate this information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to meet customer needs and maximize sales revenue.
    • Strive to provide excellent service and build rapport with customers to encourage future purchases and referrals.
    • Automotive parts and technologies are constantly evolving. The inbound sales representative should stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in inventory to provide the most current information to customers.
