Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily orders report and coordinate timing according to the carrier schedule.Pick orders with maximum accuracy, precision, and efficiency.Adhere to PO operating procedures, identify quality indicators, and suggest process improvements.Communicate clearly with the Orders Desk to handle dynamic order submissions and edits.Create and deploy daily expiration date labels.Maintain a proper "First in, first out" product inventory.Report inventory demand and shortages to the RTE Lead.Assist with will-call orders as necessary.Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, USDA guidelines, and DOH regulations.Keep the workspace organized and clean, with regard to inventory and supplies/equipment.Communicate constructively with the RTE Fabrication Lead and/or the RTE Fabrication Manager.Preferred Competencies:Proficiency in warehouse picking with a strong attention to detail.Self-motivated individual who strives to improve workflow and quality in tasks.Ability to communicate effectively with team members, maintain a positive attitude, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of work.Experience in a dynamic, flexible work environment where organization is key to success.Strong math skills for performing arithmetic quickly and accurately throughout the day.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in a warehouse facility.Ability to stand and lift up to 75 lbs, and move packages consistently for extended periods, often in a cold, refrigerated environment.Effective verbal and written communication skills in a team environment where English and Spanish are spoken regularly.Reliable, timely, clean, and alert individual.Benefits:Zayzoon Pay on demand/same day pay access.Benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accidental, and life insurance for full-time employees (30+ hours per week).Employee Assistance Program.PTO and Paid Leave.Discounted Trimet Pass.401K.Shift meal and beverage.Product discounts.Dining discounts at all of our sister establishments.Work Environment:

The majority of this work is performed in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, you may occasionally be exposed to refrigerated areas (approximately 40 degrees Fahrenheit) and hot environments. The noise level can be moderate to loud.

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing and walking for extended periods. You must frequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to seventy-five (75) pounds with the help of lifting equipment or team lift. No knife skills are required.
