How will you contribute to the team?
Experience in cost management - budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Good understanding of facilities operations costs and accounting practices.Track current and historical data for a large portfolio of capital projects.Prepare presentations for Monthly Facilities Team meetings.Assist in developing and maintaining project expense dashboards.Update monthly depreciation reporting.Review projects to maintain a three-year planning budget.Must have good computer skills and be able to utilize standard office software.
