SUMMARY: Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of MSO customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The MSO Account Representative will be the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer expectations. Assist in the management and development of MSO customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships. Responsible for meeting the operational needs of assigned MSO customers.

  • Assist the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with MSO accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in forecasting and tracking MSO account metrics.
  • Identify and communicate account sales opportunities as well as sales obstacles.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions based on customer's needs.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Assist in the management of the day-to-day tactical MSO account activities.
  • Assist in management our data subscription business by ensuring system compliance to maintain database integrity.
  • Assist in making outbound sales calls to renew subscription customers whose subscription has expired.
  • Assist in the management of the Salesforce interface with the subscription master to ensure information accuracy and integrity.

Job Specifications:

  • Education and Experience: College graduate with bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering preferred. 5 or more years in an account management environment with limited travel. Must be able to handle a wide range of tasks, see an opportunity and develop it. Must be able to educate and motivate field sales organization, as well as all internal personnel to realize goals.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write proposals using original or innovative techniques or style.
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Oracle and PRMS or related business systems software; Thorough understanding of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of is required.
  • Effective Administrative Skills: Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel as needed.
