Capital planning.
Maintain room quality based on Westin franchise standards and Concord standards, providing the highest quality of customer service at all times.
Ensure fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs, develop, and maintain pm schedule (laundry equipment, air conditioning units, ice machines, fire/smoke alarms, lawn sprinklers, fire equipment, plumbing, etc).
Repair and routinely maintain all hotel operating systems.
Manage and repair HVAC and associated parts as necessary.
Communicate effectively with Hotel General Manager, Concord, and hotel ownership on areas of concern within the hotel.
Tap into resources as needed, for finding emergency replacement parts.
Provide the highest quality of service to guests and to fellow associates at all times.
