We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Pricing Administrator to join our growing Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of pricing principles and practices, as well as a willingness to learn and grow in this dynamic field. They will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date pricing for all company projects.

Specific Accountabilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing for all items in ERP software system
  • Gather and analyze market data, vendor pricing, and material costs, providing suggestions to Procurement leadership on potential efficiencies and cost savings
  • Contribute to the preparation of pricing and part number reports
  • Update and maintain and pricing databases and pricing files for Paladin sales teams
  • Responsible for accurate and up to date pricing of all items in system
  • Implementation of timely and accurate pricing updates in system
  • Communication to Sales, Procurement and other stakeholders on system updates and pricing activities
  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement specialists, and other team members to ensure pricing consistency
  • Stay informed about updates to supplier and manufacturer pricing
General Accountabilities
  • Represent Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction
  • Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal businesses hours.
  • Work in compliance with the Company's polices and procedures including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times.
  • Maintain and protect assigned Company assets.
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience performing purchasing functions
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized business systems as demonstrated by a minimum of 1 year of experience

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated Professional Competencies
  • Excellent keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work in a high volume atmosphere
