Customer service representative needed for a 6 month contract-to-hire position. Job duties include:
- Answering incoming calls in a timely and professional manner using a polite tone and good grammar and diction.
- Researching and troubleshoots customer inquiries related to the photo enforcement programs within the communities.
- Notating RedCheck system daily with accurate detailed call comments.
- Notifying Team Lead of escalated issues on a timely manner.
- Providing customer support in completing credit card transactions for violation payments.
- Checking work e-mail and other company communication channels daily.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Needed Skills & Qualifications:
- Good attendance
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 1 year of call center experience
