As a Child Care Teacher, you will:

  • Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
  • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Must meet state requirements for Teacher and additional center/school requirements may apply.
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • 12 ECE units completed required: Child Development, Child Family Community and 2 curriculum courses. Infant/Toddler class is required as one of the curriculum courses. *Transcripts will be required at time of hire.
  • AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
