Job Description

Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards and procedures across all departments and processes.Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality specifications.Analyze data and metrics to monitor performance and identify trends, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.Serve as a liaison between my client and regulatory agencies or certification bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
