• Provides overall management administration to project during bidding and construction phases and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.

• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.

• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Responsible for managing a project to achieve specified objectives. Involves the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:
8 Years of construction project management experience working on K-12 sites.
Master planning experience.
Previous owners representative experience.
