Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, supports, tracks, and ensures the consistency of compliance, construction, and reliability projects and initiatives.
  • Monitors and audits the use of maintenance software.
  • Ensures consistency, accuracy, validity, and completeness of data. Identifies and evaluates trends.
  • Assists in predicting and controlling maintenance costs.
  • Ensures, monitors, and reports compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifies and analyzes noncompliance issues.
  • Monitors compliance training and OQ statuses.
  • Establishes and maintains training goals.
  • Implements and communicates compliance programs and ensures consistency across and within operating area.
  • Conducts training and assists users on various monitoring systems.
  • Recommends and implements technology, standards, and procedures for compliance monitoring and record keeping.
  • Scopes, schedules, tracks, and supports projects.
  • Acts as a liaison with various departments and third parties.
  • Prepares, monitors, and analyzes reports. Qualifications:
    • General knowledge of company, pipeline, and storage operations, policies, and procedures.
    • Prefer demonstrated knowledge of DOT pipeline regulations.
    • Prefer knowledge of company monitoring systems (IMS, CMS).
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate multiple project teams simultaneously and effectively.
    • Strong team and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead others. Demonstrated self-motivation.
    • Demonstrated PC, Microsoft Suite proficiency. Prefer proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for action and improvement.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and develop rapport with internal and external customers.

      Education
      Bachelor (Typically four years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)
