- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process
- Review and reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts
- Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate invoices
- Generate and send out invoices
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Prepare monthly AR reports for management
