We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team This position requires an HR professional with a strong understanding of onboarding processes and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will want to continue to grow within the organization and will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our team and our clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

3-5 years of experience in an HR function with a strong focus in customer service and experience

Experience in Staffing or Services industry

Experience working with third party vendors and relationship management

Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office

Experience with DocuSign, JotForm, and Trello is a plus

Strong Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and solution oriented with the ability to drive projects and escalate issues when needed

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background/drug screening, and completing I-9 verification.

Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.

Work with third party partner to coordinate annual benefits enrollment, including communicating plan options to employees, auditing enrollment systems, and liaising with benefits providers.

Ensure compliance with all client insurance requirements, including maintaining accurate records, processing claims, and coordinating with insurance brokers as needed.

Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to onboarding, benefits, and insurance.

Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, including benefits, onboarding requirements, and company policies.

Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.

Assist in coordinating company events, employee engagement activities, and other office initiatives as needed

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Performs periodic audits of HR records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

Successfully establish and maintain professional relationships with employees, and all levels of management.
