Position Overview: As a Regional Sales Business Development / Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in priority regions, including Asia (India, China, Indonesia) / South America. Reporting to the Director of development, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with airlines (business aviation, passenger, cargo, military) and promoting our international trip support and fuel solutions. The ideal candidates will have strong local knowledge and fluency in Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, with the ability to effectively negotiate and provide innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned regions.
  • Identify and prioritize target clients, including airlines (business aviation, passenger, cargo, military), and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell International Trip Support and fuel solutions, highlighting the value proposition and benefits to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive positioning.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry, with knowledge of international trip support and fuel solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish/Hindi/Mandarin/Portuguese is essential, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
