Job Description:
The Lead Technical UX/UI Product Designer position will join the Discover GRC Technology team and help to drive experiential design and experiences throughout the user journey of our GRC technology. This designer will be responsible for capturing stakeholder feature requests, analyze processes, and design workflows at a high level. Define and create interaction flows, wireframes, review feedback on released features, and drive new features in web or mobile apps. They must be passionate about design, accessibility and adding that little extra to a UI that elevates the experience from good to delightful. They will actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:

  • Develops design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, usage scenarios, task analysis, specifications and other UX/UI design deliverables.
  • Defines and implements systematic approach to create clean and functional UI.
  • Participates in the product definition process with the team and drive the clarification of the user tasks and objectives.
  • Understandable target users' needs, motivations, and behaviors as it relates to a specific project or area.
  • Balances technical and delivery constraints when creating accessible and engaging user interfaces based on complex requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Utilizes Usability testing or A/B testing to present and validate design solutions.
  • Articulates user experience design issues effectively. Presents and builds consensus around design thinking and rationale with peers and stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications:
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in UX Design or Information Architecture or related field
  • In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in UX Design or Information Architecture or related field


Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow design and development.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
