Your Responsibilities

Interns will be involved in one or more of the following responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and communicating with applicants.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Help streamline the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and guiding new employees through their orientation.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Training and Development: Organize training programs, maintain training records, and gather feedback to assess program effectiveness.
  • Policy Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws by conducting regular audits and providing policy guidance.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects focused on process improvements, diversity and inclusion, and HR analytics.
