Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production process, focusing on staffing, throughput, product quality, and facility safety across all shifts.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training programs for all positions, focusing on Machine Operators, Quality Control, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assess and implement waste management reduction programs.
  • Utilize data to ensure plant operations meet key workplace objectives and reduce downtime.
  • Communicate with upper management to provide feedback on operational issues and improvements.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of factory production experience.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of factory management experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing waste management reduction programs.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
