As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities Liaising with potential clients (Sellers, Buyers, landlords and tenants) Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department Listing properties using an inhouse digital CRM Diary management Arranging bookings for properties and hosting viewings on sites Ensuring all tenants are compliance checked Generating new potential vendor and landlord leads Ensuring all listed properties are regularly updated on all social media platforms.
Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally Building strong relationships with local property owners.
