Join our dynamic team in our Neuroscience Unit (NSU) with our highly specialized Neuro ICU Bridge Program. As a new graduate RN, you can start your training in our NSU unit with a pathway to get to the NCCU. As a RN you'll play a pivotal role in caring for adult patients in a state-of-the-art 17-bed inpatient facility. As a valued member of our team, you'll provide compassionate care to patients undergoing various neuro-medical and surgical procedures, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, and aneurysm clippings/coilings. In addition to procedural care, you'll have the opportunity to support individuals facing a spectrum of neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillian Barre, ALS, cerebrovascular events, and seizures.

Who Should Apply:
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- No RN work experience required Training will be provided
All New Grad RNs are automatically enrolled in our Nurse Residency Program ranked #3 in the nation
Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
