We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead the successful implementation and execution of projects related to Salesforce app initiatives. As an early hire, your contributions will have a significant impact on the company's success and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce and CRM projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales representatives, and customer support, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and CRM best practices, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience managing Salesforce and CRM projects, preferably in a start-up or technology-driven environment. Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and administration. Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes unambiguous work environment and adapt to changing priorities. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Compensation:

$56 - $65/hr
