Description:
One Postgres/ Aurora Postgres Sr.DBA
• 8-11 years of PostgreSQL DBA experience
• Experience working with community version PostgreSQL version 13 (or higher)
• Experience investigating/troubleshooting PostgreSQL performance issues, SQL tuning with native Postgres catalog and statistics.
• Strong knowledge on AWS Storage services like S3, EBS, and Snow family services.
• Familiarity in working with Aurora Postgres, Aurora Storage volume, database backups and restores.
• Experience in performing large database migration using migration tools like DMS (Database Migration Service).
• Knowledge on at least one scripting language preferably Python.
