We are currently seeking a Training Lead- Medicaid-EVV / State Agencies to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (US-OK), United States (US).

The Training Lead will be responsible for providing specialized Training leadership, knowledge, and expertise for an EVV (Electronic Visit and Verification) IT project. This position will learn and understand the client's organization, the new EVV solution, and the roles and responsibilities of the system users in order to ensure the users are properly trained, have the appropriate reference materials, and are overall ready for the new system to be put into production.

The Training Lead will maintain a broad understanding of project activities and processes and will apply a structured Training approach and methodology to help guide a successful solution implementation and project outcome.

The successful candidate for this position will work directly with contracted vendors, business users, our team, and the client to plan, develop, and deliver training. This position will also be responsible for helping to conduct stakeholder assessments and otherwise participating in implementation readiness activities.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Lead Training efforts for the project.

• Develop a Training Plan to guide the training efforts for the project.

• Manage and oversee all training activities – including training developed and/or delivered by the solution vendor.

• Plan, develop, and deliver training.

• Leverage best practices for training planning, development, and delivery.

• Perform stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to drive faster adoption.

• Measure and monitor readiness for increased utilization, greater proficiency, and effectiveness of the new solution.

• Support design, development, delivery, and management of communications, including surveys, newsletters, and other communication materials, as needed.

• Assist the Organizational Change Management (OCM Lead with mobilizing and managing a network of change advocates throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

• Conduct operational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

• Develop and implement strategies to address training and readiness deficiencies.

• Coordinate all logistics with the client for training delivery.

• Be an active and visible Training coach to the client and all project team members.

• Create and manage measurement systems to track and report on adoption, utilization and proficiency of training activities.

• Assist as needed with facilitating meetings.

• Support status reporting requirements and timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 8 years of total progressive work experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Training efforts and managing Training teams with large government, IT Projects in the State Health and Human Services (HHS) industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior consulting experience.

• Extensive experience preparing for and facilitating meetings, interviews and making presentations.

• Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions

• Experience developing and delivering stakeholder communications and training.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,000 to $121,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
