Some specific role responsibilities


  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming mail

  • Keep the front desk and meeting rooms stocked in anticipation of others' needs

  • Review meetings and events each day so that you can anticipate what areas may need special attention

  • Send company-wide email communications and announcements

  • Enforce company security and safety policies

  • Use sound judgment to respond to and resolve issues on a case-by-case basis

  • Complete scheduled duties quickly and efficiently, re-prioritizing when unexpected needs arise

  • Maintain inventory of all office supplies

  • Provide administrative support to other employees as needed

  • Assist with setting up and tearing down events, including our weekly company lunch
