Job Summary:

Trane Technologies provides current college students with meaningful assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our opportunity is offered to candidates working towards their Bachelor's in Engineering or Marketing/Business Administration (with prior experience in Manufacturing) and will operate part-time during the school year and full-time during the Summer.


Qualifications:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative team members who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a BS/BA in Engineering/Math/Science or Marketing/Business Administration (with prior experience in Manufacturing) with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 throughout the duration of the program.
  • Available to work part-time during the school year (less than 20 hours weekly) and full-time during the Summer (40 hours)
  • Interest in Sales or Marketing for Industrial/Manufactured products
  • Rapidly resolve problems to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects.
  • U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
