We are currently seeking a General Clerk to join our 2nd Shiftteam
The hired Employee will be accountable for, but not restricted to:
- Maintaining inventory records
- Executing daily inventory management procedures and tasks
- Coordinating physical inventory procedures and adjusting systems when necessary
- Adhering to procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged products
- Performing routine clerical tasks such as filing invoices and maintaining records
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Compensation at $18.00 per hour ($1.00 shift differential) with potential annual increase
- Eligibility for production and attendance bonuses
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM
- Weekly pay with availability for overtime based on customer demand

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Prior experience as a General Clerk and working with Forklift machines such as:
PC = ELECTRIC PALLET JACK 17
SP = ORDER PICKER 7 - Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate understanding of Warehouse Management System
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented mindset and a team player

Role Purpose:
Supports department by performing a variety of clerical tasks that involve general knowledge and application of different work methods and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually prepares purchase orders for authorization
- Handles incoming calls, relays messages, and performs errands
- Operates office equipment, manages incoming and outgoing mail, responds to correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail
- Keeps the site's files organized
- Carries out basic research tasks
- Prepares and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, desirable
- 0-2 years of related experience, desirable
