· Ask and answer the right questions, including: How are we doing? What should we continue doing? What should we stop doing? What should we start doing in the future?

· Transform sometimes complex and large data sources into a usable format that can be used in conjunction with existing tools to show meaningful results.

· Employ rigorous quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all analytical outputs.

· Develop creative solutions to new and emerging questions.
