Summary


End-to-end strategic and operational assistance to the Chief HR Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Investor Relations on the requirements of preparing important reports, pitch decks, presentations, managing and facilitating meetings (off-site, on-site, and virtual) business trips and complete management of all crucial/special tasks s/he is expected to accomplish.

This position must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional work environment that demands excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills while maintaining confidentiality at all times.


This position is responsible and accountable for managing work and projects, demonstrating management and leadership abilities to maintain momentum and move work forward intuitively.


The incumbent would demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of attention to detail.


The incumbent would be required to carry out strategic tasks in which s/he strongly contributes, learns, builds, and is challenged.


The role requires great organizational skills, ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiency.


This is a hands-on role and the ideal candidate must be a self-starter, willing to - roll up his/her sleeves, think and move fast, dive deep, and get things done.


Anticipating and planning for changes, and the ability to stay organized while helping senior management get crucial knowledge are critical skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CHRO/CFAO which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc.
  • Work on special projects as requested, which might require making in-roads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, etc.
  • Ability to exercise independent & proactive decision-making, working in a manner that displays a highly adaptable work style, & especially open in expecting, accepting & implementing feedback and direction.
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines and exercise good discretion / maintain confidentiality are significant requirements in this position.
  • Must be able to juggle a number of competing tasks and work well under pressure. Must be able to identify functional and company priorities and anticipate needs in adjusting priorities and scheduling to meet such priorities.
  • Interaction involves regular communication requiring interpretation, persuasion and discretionary skills. Requires daily contact with all levels of management, often dealing with confidential information.
  • Attend key leadership meetings and take minutes. In conjunction with the leaders, create agendas for these meetings, drive key actions, follow up with constituents, and circulate minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Support functional dashboard activities for the CHRO.
  • Process invoices as needed.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
  • Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
Desired Experience

  • Greater than 7 years of related experience.
Desired Education

  • High school diploma or equivalency required; Associate's degree preferred.
