Exygy seeks an enthusiastic and highly driven product manager who is passionate about making a difference in the world with technology. Join our tight-knit team to help us grow our Consulting business and deliver on our mission of building tech for good. This is a full-time remote position.

As a product manager, you'll play an important coordination role within our cross-functional Consulting team. You'll work with Account Management, Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to support a variety of engagements across sectors. You'll interface with clients regularly and will be the single point of contact for communication on your projects. You must be able to build product strategy in complex environments, working within varying constraints to deliver value for our clients.

Responsibilties

  • Facilitate product visioning activities and build an outcome-oriented product strategy
  • Craft product artifacts, such as product requirements documents, product roadmaps, and delivery plans
  • Produce and refine templates and processes to consistently improve how we communicate and deliver work for our clients
  • Lead product execution and scoping to deliver value within project constraints
  • Balance client needs, user insight, and innovation to create an impact in our communities
  • Communicate clear and timely expectations with business acumen
  • Drive alignment by influencing internal and external teams and or stakeholders
  • Support strategic growth for our business, advocating for the needs of your team

Key Desired Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a client-facing consulting role
  • Proven initiative to upskill in product management and relevant technical skillsets
  • Detail orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a love of organizing a group toward a common goal
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset including a bias towards action, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to learn new skills and tools on the fly
  • Innovative, curious, and able to complete independent research, ramping up on new subject matters quickly with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a facilitative approach to leadership - an ability to empathize with, influence, and motivate individuals
  • Ability to stay calm and responsive under pressure, managing change fluidly
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and facilitating ceremonies with design, engineering, and various stakeholder groups
  • Commitment to the betterment of humanity - passionate about designing and developing world-class products that make communities healthier and more resilient
