Support 24x7x365 production systems as needed with the ability to problem solve across systems and applications. Independent problem solving is expected as incumbents serve as subject matter experts in respective area. Demonstrate a high sense of ownership in all phases of lifecycle management from design, development, testing, issue resolution and ongoing production support and maintenance. Own the system roadmap of assigned systems as the Application Owner (see details below). Provide exceptional customer support. Handle multi-part larger requests, propose ideas for improvement, and work with leadership and stakeholders to formalize request with awareness of value add and effort required. Ability to translate business requirements, designs and guidelines into high quality and secure system solutions. Creates system designs and technical approaches across multiple systems and business processes. Proactively reduce risk of outages and bottlenecks, enhance business continuity.
