Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Assessment.
- Collects, prioritizes and synthesizes comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Collects and prioritizes data in a systematic and ongoing process that involves the patient, family, other health care providers and environment as appropriate.

Job Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree
required - Bachelor's degree preferred
- All new grads must apply to the New Grad RN Requisition: R New Graduate RN applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- 0 to 2 years RN experience required or
- 0 to 2 years OR experience preferred or
- 0 to 2 years completion or in process of completing an approved Periop 101 program required
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in the state of MN upon hire
- Licensed Registered Nurse - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required if working in the state of WI upon hire
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required by completion of orientation
- ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource may be required at some sites
- CNOR Certified Nurse Operating Room preferred
