The Lovett School, an independent K-12 day school in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Grade-Level Dean for the Upper School to begin July 24, 2024. This Dean will be responsible for one or two grades, with a commensurate teaching load to complete the position. The Dean is responsible for collaborating with the grade-level teams, activities sponsors, the counseling staff, and advisors to build class unity and support students' academic, social, and extracurricular progress. He or she will serve as the point person for the class's academic and behavioral matters. This is a 10-month position, reporting two weeks before and one week after faculty. Interested applicants should be flexible with any grade(s), 9-12, and willing to advise and teach as needed.
