Job Summary

As a Senior Associate, Sales Operations within our Managed Solutions business, you'll develop and oversee smooth, effective sales processes and systems to enable growth. You will work closely with the Sales team, customer success teams, and other enterprise departments that impact the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales funnel: support lead identification, monitor lead and opportunity conversation, and identify and implement solutions that improve sales velocity
  • Manage CRM systems and data: ensure CRM data accuracy, build and improve automations, develop reports
  • Develop standardized reports and dashboards that help communicate sales and business performance
  • Provide operational support through all cycles of the sales process including lead identification, qualification, proposal development, and contract execution
  • Support the development of sales enablement tools including pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, presentations, one-pagers, blog posts, and outbound email campaigns
  • Develop internal training materials to assist on-boarding new sales team members and roll out of new systems or processes

Required

  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Strong project management experience
  • Data analytics and representation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Drive, Teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CRM, preferably Salesforce
