Responsibilities:
In this position you will be performing biannual maintenance on HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. It requires someone with a strong grasp of HVAC systems (or a mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn a new profession), excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to their customers. This position serves as a maintenance technician and will NOT be repairing HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

Conduct biannual maintenance on HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients, adhering to a predetermined schedule.
Perform comprehensive inspections of HVAC units to ensure they are operating efficiently and identify any potential issues.
Clean, lubricate, and adjust HVAC components as needed during maintenance visits, clean and replace filters and more.
Document all maintenance tasks performed, including findings and recommendations for future maintenance or repairs.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with detailed reports of maintenance performed and any recommendations for optimizing HVAC system performance.
Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure timely completion of maintenance visits and accommodate any client requests or preferences.
Be willing to access equipment located in various locations, including under homes and up into attics.
Possess or be willing to purchase and maintain personal tools necessary for HVAC maintenance tasks.

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration components.
Ability to work meticulously and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks within scheduled timeframes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for identifying potential issues during maintenance inspections.
EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required.
Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment and work in various environments, including tight spaces.
