Annual Salary: $215,000 to $295,000
We are looking to speak with litigation associates to join our client's busy Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation practice group in Charlottesville.
This is an opportunity to join an active team with extensive litigation experience in both private practice and government service. You will defend publicly traded and private companies facing consumer class action, environmental litigation, and product liability claims in state and federal courts.
Our client also represents clients in high-stakes civil litigation, criminal investigations, and appeals; having first chaired numerous jury trials, conducted bench trials, and argued appeals in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th, 5th, 7th, and D.C. Circuits, as well as the Supreme Court of Virginia.
