Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infrastructure Developer with a focus on ServiceNow platforms and a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This role requires a professional with 7 to 10 years of experience, ready to drive innovation and efficiency in our IT infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions (CSM HRSD ITOM ITSM) to enhance our financial operations and contribute to our company's success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including CSM HRSD ITOM and ITSM to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with existing systems.
- Analyze current business processes in the Finance & Accounting domain and recommend improvements through ServiceNow platforms.
- Design and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and updates to leverage new functionalities for business benefit.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all ServiceNow development activities.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications to support business operations efficiently.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users on the effective use of ServiceNow applications within the Finance & Accounting domain.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Qualifications:
- Must have a strong foundation in ServiceNow platforms including CSM HRSD ITOM and ITSM.
- Proven experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues is crucial.
- Ability to lead projects and guide team members towards achieving project objectives.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development in ServiceNow technologies and Finance & Accounting practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
