We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax and Immigration Analyst to join our Global Mobility team, specifically focusing on business travel. As a Tax and Immigration Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with tax and immigration regulations for our employees' business travel activities across international borders. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide expert advice, manage tax obligations, and facilitate smooth immigration processes. Our Team

Koch's Global Mobility leveraged capability provides domestic and international relocation assistance, tax and immigration consulting, and Global Mobility strategic advice to support business' needs. Our team of 20+ members have presence in APAC, EMEA and Americas and provides Global Mobility assistance to all Koch companies.


What You Will Do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on tax and immigration matters related to business travel, staying updated on relevant regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees, HR partners, and other stakeholders on tax implications and immigration requirements for business travel.
  • Collaborate with external providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely compliance requirements are met.
  • Conduct research and analysis to interpret tax laws, immigration regulations, and treaties to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility processes and procedures related to tax and immigration compliance for business travelers.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate income reporting and tax withholding for business travelers.
  • Monitor changes in tax and immigration laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to business travel, and proactively communicate updates and implications to stakeholders.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in tax or immigration compliance.
  • Experience with tax and/or immigration laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions for business travel.
  • Experience researching, interpreting, and applying tax and/or immigration laws to business travel scenarios.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
