Job Description: We are looking for a Partnerships Director to manage several ongoing accounts as well as onboard new partners over time. The partnerships director will be accountable for establishing and managing always-on partner programs. This role must be flexible in the industry they are supporting, but rock solid on building and maintaining process and delivering results across all accounts.

Job Duties:
  • Successful oversight and delivery of all partnership revenue
  • Developing and maintaining excellent, trusted partner relationships, with key partners, key ancillary stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Communication is paramount with regular touchbases with all partners including regular updates to senior leaders
  • Work cross departmentally to create contracts, report and forecast earnings, and deliver any necessary creative

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably MBA
  • Agency experience a plus
  • 5-10 years of process-based work
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and listening skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Ability to travel overnight some of the time
