Partnerships Director

Job Description: We are looking for a Partnerships Director to manage several ongoing accounts as well as onboard new partners over time. The partnerships director will be accountable for establishing and managing always-on partner programs. This role must be flexible in the industry they are supporting, but rock solid on building and maintaining process and delivering results across all accounts.
Job Duties:
- Successful oversight and delivery of all partnership revenue
- Developing and maintaining excellent, trusted partner relationships, with key partners, key ancillary stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Communication is paramount with regular touchbases with all partners including regular updates to senior leaders
- Work cross departmentally to create contracts, report and forecast earnings, and deliver any necessary creative
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably MBA
- Agency experience a plus
- 5-10 years of process-based work
- At least 3 years of client-facing experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and listening skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Ability to travel overnight some of the time
