Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating and publishing sensitive communications to support the achievement of business goals, in some cases via collaboration with internal customers, vendors, and other communicators.
  • Consults with business department to produce communications which are included within customer account statements, which include regulatory disclosures, advisories/alerts, and product information.
  • Will coordinate the completion of requests to vendors to translate customer account statements and other communications into accessible formats.
  • These accessible formats are ways of presenting printed, written, or visual material so that people who cannot read standard print communications can access it (e.g., braille, audio recording, large-font).
